Min Jeong-tak founded Panstar Robotics in 2025 after nearly two decades shaping Korea's national robotics and underwater-robotics strategy.
He holds a Ph.D. in Technology Management from Pusan National University, led research planning and strategic business at the Korea Institute of Robot Advancement (KIRO), and served as Secretary General of the national Underwater Construction Robot project. He advises the Presidential Advisory Council on Science & Technology.
